Dover Woman Finalist for Spot on Rev Girls Squad

Katerina Akrivlellis, of Dover, is a finalist for the Rev Girls, the New England Revolution promotional team.

The final tryout will be held on Tuesday at The Greatest Bar in Boston from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Akrivlellis is one of 17 women - from Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire - competing for eight positions on the squad.

Rev Girls represent the Revolution at events during the Revolution season, including home games, community and charity events, scheduled meetings and photo shoots and other promotional events.

The finalists will be competing in Revolution trivia, learning chants and interacting with the crowd and will be judged by representatives from the Boston Herald, Boston Magazine, Metro Boston, NESN, Stuff Magazine and Dirty Water TV.
