Update: According to a spokeswoman at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Sue Ellis passed away Monday night from her injuries. A 60-year-old Dover woman was transported to a Boston hospital by medical helicopter after suffering head trauma from a fall off of a ladder this afternoon. Sue Ellis, of Church Street, was up on a ladder doing work near the roof of her house when she fell, according to police. When authorities arrived Ellis was in and out of consciousness. She was transported by ambulance to a large field at the corner of Farm St. and Springdale Ave. where was then taken by medical helicopter to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, according to Dover Police Officer Jon Cash.
