Poll: National Ban on Cell Phone Use While Driving
The U.S. Safety Board is urging a ban on all cellphone use for drivers.

With an increase of new technology every year, drivers are being tempted more than ever to use their cellphones to tweet, call, Facebook and email.
Due to the concern over "increasingly powerful phones that people can use to e-mail, watch movies and play games," the U.S. Safety Board is now urging a ban on all cellphone use for drivers, according to the New York Times.
To date, no state outlaws the activity, however the National Transportation Safety Board is now urging states to ban drivers from using hands-free devices, including wireless headsets.

The U.S Safety Board can't force states to adopt such bans, but the recommendation could influence states to adopt stricter cellphone regulations.
