We Would Like Your Input

Springwell is requesting input on our new Area Plan on Aging

As the federally designated Area Agency on Aging for residents of Ashland, Belmont, Brookline, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Needham, Newton, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, and Weston, Springwell is looking to gather feedback from older adults and the public on the needs of, and services for, people aged 60 and older and those who care for them. As a AAA, Springwell works to heighten awareness among other agencies, organizations, groups and the public about the needs of older adults, and to educate older adults and their caregivers about the benefits and services available to help them. Springwell endeavors to address the needs of all older adults and family caregivers in our area. We make special efforts to reach and prioritize the delivery of services to the following populations:

  • Older adults who live alone (Isolated)
  • Low Income older adults
  • Minority older adults
  • Socially isolated populations (including limited English-proficient older adults and LGBTQIA+ older adults)
  • Rural older adult populations

We are inviting you to review our draft FFY2026-2029 area plan that is posted on our website at https://springwell.com/area-agency-on-aging/ through Monday, June 23rd. Provide feedback at http://surveymonkey.com/r/FFY2026_2029_AreaPlan. Thank you as your feedback plays a vital role in ensuring the final plan reflects the voices and needs of older adults throughout Springwell’s planning and service area
