• Margaret Shepardson (atholdailynews.com) — A local family with strong ties to Dudley is mourning the passing of Margaret (Peggy) Shepardson, whose daughter and son-in-law live in town. Peggy, born in Athol and long active in local schools and the Athol Hatchet Hunt, died on December 19 at age 74. Her family has chosen private services, and condolences can be shared online through Mack Funeral Home.
