The roundup also lists scores from numerous boys and girls basketball, hockey, track, and wrestling matchups involving neighboring towns and leagues.
   

• Three Thresher Sharks Wash Ashore on Cape Cod Beaches This Month (wror.com) — Duxbury Beach is part of a growing pattern of thresher shark strandings, with a notable case there in 2024 and three more sharks washing ashore on Cape Cod this month. Wildlife experts say the otherwise healthy sharks likely became disoriented while migrating south and are studying the incidents to better understand these rare visitors.
