• Real property – Easements (masslawyersweekly.com) — A recent Land Court ruling involves a dispute over utility easements on property in East Bridgewater, where Ann Marvin Realty and Bedford Property Owner disagree about who must extend and pay for utility lines. The judge ruled the neighboring owner must extend any utilities it installs to the East Bridgewater property line, but left the question of who pays unresolved for a future trial.
