• Easthampton City Council accepts grants for Parks and Rec. projects (thereminder.com) — Easthampton’s City Council has accepted major state grants to build a new all-wheels skatepark at Millside Park and to renovate the Nonotuck Park spray park, projects that will reshape local recreation over the next two years. Councilors also delayed a vote on new short-term rental rules until February, a decision that could affect how many private homes are used as vacation rentals in the city.
