Police Log: Easton Police Make Two Arrests

Tuesday, March 31

At 8:15 p.m., police responded to Turnpike and Purchase streets about a motor vehicle accident.

Wednesday, April 1

At 5:30 p.m., police received a report about a larceny on Foundry Street.

Thursday, April 2

At 4:01 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at Central and Depot streets.

Friday, April 3

At 7:42 a.m., police arrested Nilson Monteiro Semedo, 33, 78 Pine Grove Dr., Apt. 78, Brockton, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Police made the arrest during a traffic stop at Washington and Main streets.

At 12:19 p.m., police responded to Stonehill College about a three-car accident. Two people were taken to area hospitals and the three vehicles were towed.
