Selectmen Candidates to Talk Issues in Live Debate
Carol Nestler, Dottie Fulginiti, Michael Maloney and Dan Smith will debate on April 4.

With time winding down until April 30 town election, the four selectmen candidates are bracing for the home stretch.
Election month will kick off Thursday, April 4, when the candidates square off in a live debate on Easton Community Access Television (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon FIOS 22) beginning at 7 p.m. It will re-air on Patch during the following days.
The four candidates are fighting for two open three-year seats on the board, which will be left vacant by Ellen Barlow and Sean Noonan. Finance Committee Chair Carol Nestler, Planning Board member Dan Smith, local lawyer Michael Maloney and local activist Dottie Fulginiti will talk issues.

The debate is co-sponsored by ECAT, Easton Patch and the Easton Journal. Easton Patch Editor Patrick Maguire and Easton Journal Editor Donna Whitehead will co-moderate the debate. Topics will include the Beacon Shovelshop Project, the South Coast Rail, the town budget, public safety, and a slew of other issues.
