Position Summary To ensure customer satisfaction by handling each customer with the eye’s, hi’s and help. To ensure each customer has a positive shopping experience and to remember that the customer is the top priority. Required Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to complete the following tasks:
- Operate a cash register including cash transactions, checks, charges
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash register performance
- Request additional help when needed to increase customer satisfaction
- Greet each customer using the eye’s, hi’s and help at all times and assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
- Price merchandise utilizing price guns
- Store cleanliness: break area and rest rooms; vacuum; dust/face; clean windows; rubbish removal; exterior maintenance; sweeping
- Stock shelves
- Complete price changes: document counts, utilize price guns
- Answer the telephone using the appropriate greeting
- Process photofinishing orders
- Maintain check-out area: fill register supplies, bags; wipe counter tops; fill cigarettes
- Issue rainchecks when requested
- React to potential shoplifters following company guidelines
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
- Maintain card department: order, stock, inventory, signing
- Maintain cosmetic department/units: clean, stock, set displays, sign, prepare returns (UPP system)
- Reset departments/end caps following POGs
- Display and sign weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise
- Prepare damages: document counts and item numbers, seal trays
- In-store signing, including: shelves, displays, dump baskets, windows, ceiling
- Assist Pharmacy personnel when needed
- Complete minor in-store repairs i.e., carriage poles, change light bulbs
- Work out reserve stock
- Assist customers with large purchases (taking out to vehicle)
- Unload and load trays/cases - 35 pound maximum to a height of 4 feet
- Move trays/cases from one location to another

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalency
-Direct care experience working with a disabled population required.
-A valid driver's license in state of residence

Job Description General Statement of Duties: To provide direct care service to individuals living in supervised residential settings and to do so in a manner that promotes growth, independence and dignity for those individuals served.
Responsibilities:
1. Attend to the daily needs of consumers on an individual basis as well as foster increased independence and self-determination.
2. Teach socialization skills and activities of daily living including: household maintenance; self-care and hygiene; self-awareness and human development, menu planning, food shopping and preparation; money management skills/budgeting; transportation and community orientation; consumer skills; and utilization of community resources.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) including implementation of behavioral objective plans.
4. Participate in ISP meetings, quarterly reviews and other meetings as required by supervisor.
5. Supervise and document self-administration of consumer medications as well as administer and document consumer medications as prescribed by a physician in accordance with agency and program procedures.
6. Record and appropriately utilize necessary data, daily progress notes, staff log and complete all other ISP and program required documentation.
7. Transport consumers to and from day programs, medical appointments and other activities as required.
8. Provide opportunities for leisure time activities and foster independence in the choice and participation of those activities.
9. Organize, develop and implement group and individual activities which serve to integrate the lives of consumers with members of their community.
10. Fulfill case management responsibilities as assigned by program manager, including those related to medical and legal concerns.
11. Ensure client safety and comply with program standards for staff coverage, including assistance to the Administrator-On-Call whenever possible.
12. Act as consumer advocate and role model.
13. Provide a supportive environment that includes opportunities for consumers to determine, to the fullest extent possible, personal preferences for daily schedules and routines.
14. Maintain knowledge of ongoing program issues and developments as well as informing supervisor of program issues and concerns.
15. Communicate in a professional manner.
16. Perform other related work duties as needed or as assigned by program manager or designee.
17. Perform duties consistent with program and agency policies and procedures.
18. Execute duties to reflect reasonable safety standards. Universal/standard precautions must be utilized and training obtained in areas that constitute risk
Job Description Easton Public Schools is currently seeking a part-time Payroll Clerk to assist in all activities related to payroll and benefits processing.
The Payroll Clerk maintains a high level of confidentiality, understands and can implement all aspects of the payroll operation, ensures a high level of data integrity, and delivers top quality customer service to the Easton Public Schools community. The Payroll Clerk must be able to work independently but enjoys being a team player. This individual must have the ability to use judgment, discretion, diplomacy and privacy when dealing with personnel issues.
Primary duties will include some, if not all of the following, but are not limited to:
Process, reconcile, and insure accuracy of weekly/bi-weekly payrolls,
Perform data entry for new hires, terminations and employee changes,
Prepare Weekly/Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year End Reports,
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local withholding and reporting requirements,
Maintaining paid time off systems,
Calculate Payroll and Benefit adjustments,
Maintain 403B plan management, limitations, and processing,
Coordinate regulated payroll garnishments,
Interact with employees at all levels to resolve payroll issues in a timely manner,
Decipher and implement Collective Bargaining Agreements
Part-Time is 3 full days; 8-4:30 this is a year round position. The Payroll Clerk must also be available extra days occaisionally to cover vacations.
