You will be responsible for interviewing new and existing customers to determine their loan needs and advising those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing, while gather any additional required information. It will be necessary to generate complete mortgage applications, ensuring appropriate procedures and policies are followed, while meeting sales goals and objectives.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales preferred
Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum)
Established relationships with local referral networks
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLRS.This position can be hired in the following states: MA,NH, VT, CT, RI.

Position Summary Information
Conducts follow-up investigations to incidents that have been reported to campus or assigned for investigation by the Chief of Police or his designee. Conduct security surveys and coordinate executive protection as needed. Supervisor Campus Police Officers, community service officers, and student workers. Promote a campus-wide community policing philosophy. Maintain an excellent working relationship with other campus police departments and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Participate in Campus Needs Assessment Committee meetings and provide input on on-going investigations. Serves as Campus police department representative to the Stonehill College Alcohol and Other Drugs Committee. Responsible for evidence custody and control. Prepare and disseminate campus announcements and notifications, public service announcements, crime alerts, and crime prevention bulletins. Review and revise campus police policies and procedures. Court Liaison assist victims in applying for Domestic Abuse Restraining Orders and Harassment Prevention Order, coordinate restitution and case management. Coordinate Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) program and participate in RAD classes as instructor. Coordinate campus police Bias Related Incident response, investigate Bias incident and prepare community notifications. Coordinate campus police social networking sites and expertise in using social networking in investigations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.Conduct follow up investigations of incidents reported to Campus Police as assigned.
• Conduct special investigations as assigned by the Chief of Police or his designee.
• Initiate investigations into possible violations of college policies or criminal offenses that may have occurred on campus.
.Remain on call 24/day and available to respond to campus if called upon.
.Assist Campus Police Officers as they conduct follow-up investigations.
• Prepare and request arrest and search warrants as required.
• Serve as the college representative to regional investigative task forces or groups
• Prepare and submit reports as directed by the Chief of Police or his designee including; summaries of cases, incidents and investigative reports, training, property, evidence, community relations programs, as well as all other assigned tasks.
• Conduct security surveys throughout the campus, as assigned.
• Coordinate and/or provide executive protection for college officials and guests as required.
• Interpret and enforce pertinent laws and college rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
. Analyze situations accurately and adopt or suggest a corrective course of action.
• Ensure that Campus Police Officer write clear and concise reports of factual occurrences.
. Maintain confidentiality, utilize discretion, and communicate effective both orally and in writing.
Respond to incidents and ensure appropriate response; make arrest as necessary, ensure response is within accepted police practice and principles and departmental policies and procedures.
• May serve as a shift supervisor.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the current principles, practices, and techniques of investigations, police organization, administration, supervision, and training. Knowledge of laws pertaining to the apprehension, arrest and prosecution of persons.
• Knowledge of current principles, practices and techniques and crime prevention in a college setting, including patrol, juvenile delinquency, communications, support services and other specialized police operations.
. Able to provide leadership, motivation and council as well as direction to Officers.
. Must develop a thorough knowledge of college and departmental policies, geography, and buildings.
. Must be called upon to act in the absence of the Chief of Police and/or Lieutenant, attend command staff meetings and may be required to work over-time (schedule and unscheduled) as needed to meet the public safety needs of the College.
Associate’s degree in Police Science, Criminal Justice, Administration of Justice or a related field is required/Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
5 years experience as a campus police officer or municiple officer is required, with a minimun of 3 years of investigate experience.
MACLEA Crime Prevention Officer Program.
Experience preferred as a police supervisor or investigator within a residential college or univeristy environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of computer-aided dispatching/record management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.

Licenses/Certifications RequiredGraduation from either the Massachusetts Special State Police Academy, Massachusetts Municipal Police Academy, or an equivalent academy. Must be able to obtain police powers under M.G.L. C22C §63; maintain a valid Class A Massachusetts License to Carry a firearm (LTC); Current CPR, First Responder, and AED Certification. Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and any other required certifications.
