Billionaire Koch Brother Selling Osterville Estate

Anyone have an extra $15 million lying around? If so, they could be the next owner of William Koch's estate in Osterville, the Cape Cod Times reports.

Koch, the founder, president and CEO of Oxbow Corp., a petroleum company, recently put his 8,653-square-foot home on the market. Koch has owned the home since 1986.

Robert Paul Properties described Koch's property in Oyster Harbors as a "comfortable family home with a distinctive interior" and warns that "if you're looking for a big mansion, this is not it."

The home, built in 1929, has been remodeled with a state-of-the-art wine cellar, white rounded ceilings and a deep-water dock.

According to the Mark Curley, Koch's estate manager, Koch owns other nearby properties that may be up for sale soon.

Koch is selling the property after his December purchase of Rachel "Bunny" Mellon's estate around the corner in Oyster Harbors for $19.5 million.
