Cape Cod Sends Police Officers to Provide Mutual Aid to Boston

Members of the Barnstable County Sheriff's Department and police officers from Mashpee and Falmouth departments provide mutual aid in Boston.

Four officers from the Barnstable County Sheriff's Special Response Team and police officers from Mashpee and Falmouth, members of the Upper Cape Tactical Team were called shortly after the bombings on Monday to report to Boston,  according to the Cape Cod Times.

Members of the Cape Cod Regional Law Enforcement Council SWAT Team are also reporting to Boston to provide mutual aid.
