Falmouth COVID-19 Rates Down More Than 30%

Falmouth had 49 cases in the last two weeks, or 11.2 daily cases per 100,000 residents. That's down 31.3 percent from last week's report.

FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth's coronavirus metrics continued to improve. Rates of infection are down more than 30 percent, according to data the Massachusetts Department of Public Health released Thursday.

Falmouth's positive test rate fell from 4.68 percent to 4.2 percent. As of Thursday, the positive test rate statewide was 1.8 percent.

The town had 49 cases in the last two weeks, or 11.2 daily cases per 100,000 residents. That's down from last week's rate of 16.3, a 31.3 percent decrease.
