Falmouth Hosts 9/11 Ceremony This Week

The ceremony will be held at the Fire and Rescue headquarters.

FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth will host a 9/11 ceremony this Thursday at the town's Fire and Rescue headquarters.

The events will begin at 9:45 a.m. in the Memorial Circle at the headquarters, 399 Main St., officials announced.

The ceremony will include a moment of silence, remarks from Fire Chief Timothy Smith and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Over 200 people from Massachusetts were killed in the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, including three from Cape Cod.
