FALMOUTH, MA — Highfield Hall & Gardens welcomes back local meditation and yoga specialist Jennifer Beth Kelly (JBK) for mid-winter Sound Healing Enchantment. Classes are held in Highfield’s beautiful Ballroom. JBK’s last two classes at Highfield have sold out, so early advanced registration is suggested.

Living in Heart Consciousness-Sound Healing with Heart Energy Cleansing and Opening and Celebration of Light on February 18 promises participants the opportunity to gently cleanse and clear the heart’s consciousness, allowing one to live more fully from an open heart and vibrate in the frequency of love!

Celebration of Light- Equinox Sound Healing on March 17 offers the opportunity to take a moment of renewal for yourself to slow down and recharge your energies in honor of the Spring Equinox. Allow yourself to rebirth into the coming season with a feeling of greater lightness, brightness, and radiance!

Guests enjoy being transported through guided intention setting, body movements, and breathing exercises to help clear, open, and invigorate your energies for the Sound Healing. Then you will simply get cozy and rest as you bathe in the mesmerizing sound waves of the healing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, a sonic gong, and other vibrational instruments.

You will leave feeling stronger, clearer, and ready to take on the new year with positivity and gratitude! This event is also a wonderful gift when shared with family members and friends.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, and/or other accessories to make your healing space most comfortable. Mats and accessories will not be provided. Doors open 20 minutes prior to the event. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to set up and settle into your space. This event will begin promptly.

Jennifer (aka JBK) has been teaching and practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She has trained in the shamanic realms in Santa Fe, NM, and studied with the School of Vibrational Healing in NYC for nearly 30 years. She has been playing Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and other healing instruments for 20 years and was personally trained by the founders of Crystal Tones Singing Bowls in Salt Lake City, NV.
