Weather has proved problematic already this week on Cape Cod, with high winds causing downed trees and wires, and snow and rain resulting in flooding early in the week.
Cape Cod and parts of nearby Rhode Island are among the only spots in the region to be projected for snow, though the Berkshires could see less than an inch as well.
