Man Kicked out of House of Blues Hides in Women's Room, Arrested for Assault

Boston Police arrested a California man after he was kicked out of the House of Blues, then tried to re-enter and hide in the women's bathroom.

Boston Police arrested a California man after he was kicked out of the House of Blues, then tried to re-enter and hide in the women's bathroom. 

Officers reported they were stationed outside the House of Blues on Friday, Dec. 28 at 10:15 p.m. when they observed a man on the street complaining about being asked to leave the club because he was overly intoxicated.

Police said they watched the suspect went back inside, running up the stairs of the restauran, and knocking a person over. Police said the man entered the closed restaurant.

When officers went to follow the suspect, they couldn’t get in the locked restaurant door. Officers alerted the security staff and began to search the club. A staff member said that they had seen the suspect flee downstairs towards the bathrooms. Officers searched two bathrooms and found the suspect hiding in the first stall of the women’s room.

Officers arrested Kurt Saber of 1341 Maria Ygnacio Lane, Santa Barbara, CA and charged him with assault and battery and trespassing.
