According to statistics from the Fenway Community Development Corporation, who presented various information about the neighborhood at their most recent neighborhood meeting, the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood has the highest concentration of students living in off-campus housing (nearly 9,000 students) out of any Boston neighborhood.
