Man Arrested in Fenway on Outstanding Drug, Larceny Charges

The man had been wanted on several outstanding warrants since 2011.

The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate a conviction.

Police arrested a Boston man on an outstanding warrant for multiple charges, including larceny, destruction of property and possession of cocaine.

Police arrested James Nelson of 6 Michigan Avenue, of Boston at 66 Fenway on Monday evening around 4:45 p.m.

Nelson was wanted in connection to a larceny charge, a willful and malicious destruction of property charge and a possession of cocaine charge as well.  

The suspect was charged with larceny over $200 and malicious destruction of property on March 24, 2012 after police arrested him for allegedly stealing a mountain bike.

The suspect was charged with possession of a Class B substance, crack cocaine, on Sunday, September 4, 2011.

Nelson was arrested and taken into custody.
