The Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood is losing one of its celebrity residents.  Olivia Cuplo, the 20-year old BU sophomore who won the Miss Universe international beauty pangeant last week, says she won't return to Boston University, according to <a href="http://www.wcvb.com/news/entertainment/Miss-Universe-calls-it-quits-at-Boston-University/-/9848582/17876016/-/10xe3icz/-/index.html?absolute=true&amp;utm_source=dlvr.it&amp;utm_medium=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=wcvb" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WCVB Channel Five </a>news.  "I do want to finish my education," Cuplo told Channel Five. "I just don't think that Boston has a big enough market for what I want to do." Culpo is the first American to take home the Miss Universe Crown since Brook Lee in 1997. A Rhode Island native, she decided to enter the Miss Rhode Island pageant last year to "improve her stage presence" to help her become a professional actress.  As Miss Universe, Culpo will advocate for HIV prevention.
