Regina Pizzeria Opens in Fenway

A new owner and a new pizza place has taken over the former Upper Crust location on Boylston Street.

Regina Pizzeria, a local chain that originated in the North End with 20 other locations in Boston and greater Boston, opened late last week. 

After a host of labor and management issues, the Upper Crust, once celebrated as a local business success story, closed for good late last year. Its locations were auctioned off and Pizzeria Regina purchased the Fenway location.

The new pizza spot on Boylston is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m everyday. The menu features your standard pizza choices, specialty pizza, salads and Italian dishes.
