Hear ye! Hear ye, Patch readers! The Fenway/Kenmore Patch has 53 likes. If we can get to 100 likes by November 8th, I will sign up for the <a href="http://www.spartanrace.com/fenway-park-obstacle-racing-spartan-sprint-2012.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Spartan Race at Fenway Park</a>. <a href="http://www.facebook.com/FenwayKenmorePatch" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Here is a link to our Facebook page.</a> This grueling race is three miles long with 15 obstacles. According to their website, 99.9 percent of the participants complete this race. I am not in the best of shape, but if the likes go up, I will start training and run this race as a Patch feature. The Spartan Race began in 2005 as the brainchild of seven ultra athletes and a Marine. It resembles mud races, trail races, Tough Mudder, and races of that style. And what better venue than Fenway?
