Things to Know in Fenway-Kenmore Today, Feb. 1st: Free Admission to MFA This Weekend

Here are a few things happening in the neighborhood today.

1. Weather: The National Weather Service is predicting a partly sunny day with a high of 35 degrees.

2. Free Day at MFA: If you're a Bank of America customer, you can get into the Museum of Fine Arts for free this weekend. Just bring your credit or debit card and a valid photo ID. See here for more details.

3. Muddy River Project Beginning: After a decade of studies and planning, the muddy river project is getting underway starting next week. Fenway-Kenmore Patch attended last night's public meeting, where you can find details on the project and how it will affect you and the neighborhood.

4. Wear Red Day: Feb. 1 is the 10th annual National Wear Red Day, part of the national “Go Red For Women” campaign and a kick-off to American Heart Month.
