Things to Know in Fenway-Kenmore Today, March 19: Community Meeting on Future of Fenway

Here's what's happening in the neighborhood today.

1. Weather: Get ready for a messy morning commute. The National Weather Service is predicting snow before 10 a.m., then snow and sleet between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., then rain and snow after 11 a.m. with a high near 36 degrees. New snow and sleet accumulation of 3 to 5 inches is possible.

2. Community Meeting: The Fenway Community Development Corporation is holding the second of their two spring meetings for Fenway residents tonight at 6 p.m. at St. Cecila's Parish (18 Belvidere St.) On the agenda are pressing neighborhood issues, including high rents, expanding institutions, lack of community space, disability and pedestrian access and more. The Fenway CDC is looking to implement a grassroots neighborhood vision to maintain the affordability and liveability of the Fenway. See here for more information.

3. Boston Symphony Orchestra: Catch a performance by the Eric Whitacre Singers at the Boston Symphony Orchestra (301 Massachusetts Ave.) at 8 p.m. tongiht. The Grammy award-winning singers have established themselves as one of the finest professional choirs of our day. The program will include some of Whitacre's own works, Lauridsen and Bach as well as much-loved American classics, drawing in audiences of all age ranges and tastes. See here for more information.

4. Meet Your State Rep:  State Senator Will Brownsberger will hold office hours on tonight from  7 to 8 p.m. at the Starbucks at 755 Boylston Street - between Fairfield and Exeter.All are welcome to visit Senator Brownsberger during this time to discuss issues, ask for help in dealing with state  agencies, or talk about any other topic of concern. 5. In Case You Missed It: It was big news in the art world yesterday when the FBI announced they had identified the suspects responsible for the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist in 1990. However, officials don't have the location on the 13 missing pieces of art. See the full story here.
