Colliers International, Boston Completes Office Building Sale in Foxborough

FOXBOROUGH, Mass., August 30, 2016 –On behalf of an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP), Colliers International, Boston has completed the sale of an approximately 80,000-square-foot office building situated on +/- 18 acres located at 33 Commercial Street in Foxborough. The Colliers brokerage team that executed the sale consisted of Caleb Hudak, P.J. Foster and Steve Woelfel. No other brokers were involved.
