FOXBOROUGH, MA — Despite some changes over the weekend, the Foxborough water ban remains in effect.While the level in the town's water tanks improved over the weekend, it was not enough to ease restrictions, according to the town's department of public works.The ban started June 21 and was enacted to make ensure pressure for the fire department and other essential needs.
