Foxborough Chef to Participate in 5th Annual 'Chef for the Cure' Charity Event
Ben Lacy of Tastings Wine Bar and Bistro will participate in the annual charity event on April 11th.

Head chef representative Ben Lacy of Tastings Wine Bar and Bistro in Foxborough will participate in the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure’s fifth annual “Chefs for the Cure” charity event on Thursday, April 11 at The Residences at W Boston.
“Chefs for the Cure” is an exclusive culinary tasting-style event, which gives guests the opportunity to sample gourmet cuisine from some of the finest local chefs. Foodies abound will enjoy an intimate atmosphere, where they will experience scintillating flavors while interacting directly with participating chefs from 13 of the best restaurants in and around Boston. Chef Lacy of Tastings Wine Bar and Bistro at Patriot Place in Foxborough will serve a pork liver mousse with champagne vanilla aspic, milk cream, and tarragon.
The event takes place on Thursday, April 11 beginning at 7 p.m. at the exquisite Residences at W Boston (100 Stuart St. Boston, MA 02116). General admission tickets are available for $125 and provide admission to the grand tasting.

Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Komen MA to help fund educational, screening and treatment programs, offer grant money to community-based organizations that support its mission, and to help better the lives of those facing breast cancer locally.
The evening will also include a silent auction and live raffle giveaways featuring coveted culinary and experiential prizes. “Chefs for the Cure” is sponsored in part by Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Komen MA partners making this event possible are CBS Radio and Wicked Local.
