Gronkowski House Break-In Suspect Arraigned In Patriots Shirt

Shane Denn was ordered held on $100,000 cash bail.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Sporting a Patriots shirt, the third suspect in the Rob Gronkowski break-in appeared in court Thursday. Shane Denn, 26, of Tewksbury, appeared in Wrentham District Court. He pleaded not guilty to charges related to the case and was ordered held $100,000 cash bail, according to the Sun Chronicle.

Denn he is accused of being the one who broke into the home and stole watches, coins, and guns were taken from his home. Camera footage reviewed by police showed a person walking around the exterior of Gronkowski's Congdon Circle. At one point, the person, later identified as Denn, broke a basement window and ran away to test the security system. Denn is also caught on indoor cameras, according to a police report.

Two prior arrests have been made in the case. Anthony Almeida of Randolph allegedly admitted to being the driver for Denn and helping sell items and Eric Tyrrell faces charges for allegedly selling the two coins.

Denn also faces charges for crashing a stolen truck into a Wilmington business, breaking into a Tewksbury gas station and crashing into an Andover home.

Denn is due back in court Aug. 13 for a probable cause hearing.
