Boyce, 33, of Weymouth was arrested and charged with operation of motor vehicle with license suspended, operation of motor vehicle with registration revoked, uninsured motor vehicle and Possession of Class A Drug (Heroin) following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street near Lincoln Road. Foxborough police officer David Foscaldo made the arrest.
