Joe Judge To Become Next New York Giants Coach: Report
The offseason departures have started in New England.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The offseason departures are already taking place in New England. The Patriots' special teams and receivers coach Joe Judge is taking the head coaching position for the New York Giants, according to ESPN. Judge, 39, will become one of the youngest head coaches in the NFL. He takes over a Giants team that has been among the dregs of the league the last several years.
It's a big loss for Bill Belichick and the Patriots, who may have seen Judge as the next offensive coordinator if Josh McDaniels also takes a head coaching job elsewhere.
Judge headed up what is always a top special teams unit in New England. Belichick places as much emphasis on that phase of the game as any coach in the league.
