Julian Edelman Facing Suspension For PED Use: Report

The popular Patriots receiver is facing a four-game ban, according to ESPN.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Julian Edelman may have to wait a little longer for his season to start. Sources tell ESPN that the popular Patriots receiver is facing a four-game suspension for violating the league's performance enhancing substance policy.

Edelman has been a regular at this season's organized team activities and minicamp. He hasn't played in a game since tearing his ACL during a preseason contest against the Detroit Lions last year.
