NWS Says Thunderstorms, Heavy Rain Expected in Foxborough Monday Night

Heavy rain and developing thunderstorms are predicted for Foxborough to start the week, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS office in Taunton has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook due to the possibility of a few "strong to severe" thunderstorms in the area. Local heavy rainfall may also produce short-lived flooding.

Thunderstorms are most likely to occur between 7 p.m. and midnight Monday as the system moves east across Massachusetts.
