Patriots Holding Mobile Vaccine Clinic For Fans At Training Camp

Fans who get vaccinated at training camp will get a $25 voucher for the concession stands and free admission to the Patriots Hall of Fame.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The New England Patriots will host a mobile coronavirus vaccination clinic outside Gillette Stadium during its opening days of training camp, the team announced Monday.

Team officials said the Kraft Center For Community Health Mobile Vaccination clinic will be onsite, administering free COVID-19 vaccines from Wednesday, July 28, through Saturday, July 31. Health staff will administer the Pfizer vaccine and help fans schedule their second shot.

Fans who get vaccinated at training camp will get a $25 voucher for the concession stands and free admission to the Patriots Hall of Fame.

Gates for training camp open at 8:30 a.m., with practice starting at 9:45 a.m. Practices are free and open to the public. It will be the first time Patriots fans can see the team in-person since the end of the 2019 season, due to the coronavirus pandemic. But unlike normal training camps, there are still restrictions separating players from fans.

"Due to NFL/NFLPA COVID-19 protocols, Patriots players will not be allowed to sign autographs or pose for photos with fans at training camp this year," the Patriots wrote on its website. "Training camp will be conducted in compliance with all state and local regulations and the NFL/NFLPA COVID-19 protocols."

Team officials said face masks are optional, but they encouraged unvaccinated fans to wear one while attending practice.
