Police Logs: Foxborough Man Faces 3 Assault and Battery Charges Following Dispute

Wednesday, Jan 30:
6:55 p.m. – Foxborough police officer Shawn McKay arrived to a residence on Cocasset Street to serve warrants. Elizabeth B Rafferty, 29, of Foxborough, was arrested on three default warrants.

Friday, Feb. 1:
7:57 p.m. – Emergency 911 caller from South Street reported a domestic disturbance in progress. A Foxborough man was reportedly “out of control.” Caller reported no weapons were involved. William J. King, 54, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with simple assault & battery and two counts of assault & battery with a dangerous weapon. The alleged victim was advised of 209A rights by Foxborough police but declined.

Saturday, Feb. 2:
4:21 a.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated female walking in the area of the Foxboro Invensys YMCA branch on Mechanic Street. Police responded and took the 21-year-old Pawtucket, R.I. woman into protective custody.
9:30 p.m. – A 23-year-old Walpole man was taken into protective custody following an incident at Bar Louie at Patriot Place.
