FOXBORO, MA — A tractor-trailer rollover has caused police to shut down the exit ramp on Route 495 northbound to Route 95 south for at least two hours in Foxboro Thursday. Massachusetts State Police are recommended commuters find an alternative route. There is no word on the driver of the trailer's condition. Police have since reopened the ramp.
