1 Charged In March Framingham Shooting
A 20-year-old from Ashland faces an armed assault with intent to murder charge stemming from a March 16 shooting.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — One person faces seven charges stemming from a 12 Waverly St. shooting this spring.
Samuel Delaney Jr., 20, of Ashland, was recently arrested in connection to the March 16 shooting.
He faces charges including armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by discharging a firearm and multiple other gun offenses.

One person was shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to an area hospital at the time.
