19 Framingham Orgs to Support on #GivingTuesday
Giving Tuesday is this week. What causes do you support?

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Shoppers go gangbusters for Black Friday, and follow it up with Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday. But another holiday tradition could make a big difference this holiday season.
Called #GivingTuesday, it reminds us that “it is better to give than to receive.” This day of giving takes place on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving.
#GivingTuesday, described as “a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration,” is in its fourth year. As it says on the official website, since its inaugural year in 2012, #GivingTuesday has become a movement that celebrates and supports giving and philanthropy with events throughout the year and a growing catalog of resources.

If you are looking to join in on the festivities, #GivingTuesday has a directory of Framingham-based groups participating.
We've included those below, but that's certainly just one sampling of the great local organizations worthy of your support. Can't donate? Volunteer or ask what other non-monetary support your chosen #GivingTuesday recipient could use. Do some research, find a non-profit or community group that speaks to you, and go do some good!
