8th Annual Framingham High Holiday Marketplace Saturday

More than 60 vendors will participate in the 8th Annual Framingham High Holiday Marketplace on Saturday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

And new this year is the addition of more than a dozen authors, who will sell and autograph their books.

Cap’n McNasty, the star of children’s book The Great Pirate Christmas Battle, by Weymouth author Michael Lewis will be at the MarketPlace along with authors Carol Luck, Laura Woollett, Jacqui Morton, Heather Lang, Jane Sutton, Josh Funk, Cameron Garriepy, Lisa Kramer, Anna Staniszewski, Nandini Bajpai, Marissa Doyle, Jane Kohuth, and Lori Goldstein.

The marketplace is one of the largest fundraisers for the Framingham High School Foundation, which benefits Framingham High students who participate in the arts and athletics.

Vendors SKM Jewelry (pictured) and 4Seasons, both of Framingham, have participated in every marketplace and will return again this season.

There also will be dozens of tables of students and parents selling Flyer-themed gear at the event and the Class of 2016 will be selling wreaths.

Purchase raffle tickets - several vendors have provided items to give away.

Stay and shop all day, as the concessions will be open.

Finally, stop by and de-stress with Geralyn Kruger, a licensed acupuncturist, who will be offering mini acupuncture treatments and selling gift certificate

Admission is $4.
