AAA: Gas Prices Down A Quarter From Last Month
The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 50 cents, from a low of $2.09 to a high of $2.59.

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are down four cents from last week, according to AAA Northeast, which has an office in Framingham, on Route 9,
AA’s Sept. 14 survey of prices in Massachusetts found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $2.23 per gallon, down four cents from last week.
Prices locally are 25 cents less than a month ago.

The current price is 10 cents less than the national average for self-serve unleaded of $2.33.
A year ago at this time the Massachusetts average price was $1.20 higher at $3.43.
