After Investigation, Boys Volleyball Coach Re-Hired
Coach Emily Viti will be continuing as the Framingham High boys varsity coach after not being renewed for the girls job this past fall.

Framingham High School Principal Elyse Torbert announced today, Feb., 1 that after a lengthy investigation, the Framingham High boys volleyball coach was re-hired for the 2016 season.
“I am pleased to announce Emily Viti will be continuing as the Boys Varsity Head Volleyball Coach for the 2016 season. Emily has been a boys’ volleyball coach since 2008 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the program,” said Torbert in an email to staff and parents. “I would like to commend Emily for her continued and unrelenting support for the volleyball program. I am confident that the program will continue to thrive under her leadership. After a lengthy investigation that took place during the summer 2015, it became clear that Emily Viti followed the protocol expected of any Framingham Public School coach or staff.”
Viti was not re-hired as the girls varsity volleyball coach this past fall.

The later decision left the team without a coach during tryouts.
