Bruins Trade For Massachusetts Native Reilly Walsh
Walsh comes to Boston via trade with the New Jersey Devils. It was the second move of the day after Taylor Hall was sent to Chicago.

BOSTON, MA — A Framingham native is returning to Massachusetts to potentially suit up for his hometown team.
The Boston Bruins acquired defenseman Reilly Walsh from the New Jersey Devils on Monday in exchange for forward Shane Bowers.
This was the second — and less league-altering — move of the day for the Bruins, who also traded former Hart Trophy winner Taylor Hall to the Chicago Blackhawks alongside forward Nick Foligno. Boston received the rights to defensemen Ian Mitchell and Alec Regula in the deal.
