EDITOR'S PICKS: 5 Things To Do Today in Framingham December 12

Police Auxiliary Craft Fair at Keefe Tech, Disney musical on stage at Marian High, Flyers open season at Loring Arena, and more!

FRAMINGHAM, MA -- These are my picks of things to do in Framingham, today, Dec. 12:

1. Need fuel to start the day? Dunning Elementary School will hold its first-ever pancake breakfast at the school from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Cost is $5 per person. $25 maximum per family for pancakes, coffee and juice. All are welcome/

2. Find unique holiday gifts today at the 28th Annual Framingham Police Auxiliary Holiday Craft Fair. Featuring more than 200 vendors and crafters, it is the largest holiday fair this season in Framingham. The event is at Keefe Technical School from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $2.50 and benefits the Framingham Police Auxiliary. Click here for more details.

3. Catch a performance of Holidays on Air, a live 1940s style radio show, at Amazing Things Arts Center in Framingham today at 2 and 8 p.m. Tickets are still available. Click here for more details and to watch a video promo.

4. Cheer on the Lady Flyers in their home opener at Loring Arena tonight. The puck drops at 5. Framingham will host the Wildcats of Weymouth.

5. Marian High School’s Mainstagers will perform Christmas in Disney: A Journey To the Past tonight at 7:30. (The final show is Sunday at 3 p.m.) Tickets are available at the door at $10 each.

The cast takes the audience through the history of Disney in two acts.The Mainstagers start with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in 1947, through the Song of the South in the 1940s and Cinderella and Peter Pan in the 1950s, to Mary Poppins in the 1960s, in the first act.
