UPDATE: Fire Friday Night on Pleasantview Terrace
Framingham firefighters extinguished the blaze just before midnight.
Update Sat. Jan. 26:
The cause of Friday's house fire on Pleasantview Terrace is still unknown.
"There is extensive damage to the inside of the house," Deputy Paul Gildea of the Framingham Fire department said.

The blaze started in the attic and was contained there by Framingham firefighters, Gildea said.
There were no injuries as a result of the fire.

The Framingham Fire Department was called out Friday night to a fire at a two-story woodframe house at 2 Pleasantview Terr.
Upon arrival at approximately 11 p.m., heavy fire was showing from the roof, according to scanner reports.
The fire was reportedly struck down within the hour.
Several tweets also made note of the fire, including this one by @Kmarcink25, which includes a photo of the ladder truck extending over the smoky roof.
