Flyers Indoor Track Narrowly Falls to Walpole

Flyer boys and girls indoor track competed in their final regular season meet of the year on Thursday, January 28.

The boys lost by 1 point (47 to 48) to Walpole high school in a very close meet.

Walpole edged out some of Framingham’s best athletes in the field events and relays.

Framingham clearly had the upper hand in many of the running events, (with state qualifiers Ben Kirchman and Paul Halberstadt once again sweeping the 55m hurdles), but the Flyers could not score enough points to take down Walpole.
