Flyers Lose To Rockets 3-1

The Framingham High girls ice hockey team hosted Needham on Saturday.

Needham scored first, but Flyer Katie Puumala tied the game on a power play goal in the first period, assisted by Molly Covarrubias, to give Flyers hope of a victory.

But Needham scored two more goals on their way to a 3-1 win at Loring Arena in Framingham.

The Flyers are now 3-9-2 under head coach Ashley Mabardy-Means.

Next up for the Flyers is a home game against Braintree on Wednesday.
