Framingham Company Named One of Boston Business Journal's Healthiest Employers

Boston Business Journal has named Virgin Pulse, an employee health engagement company, as one of the Healthiest Employers for the second year in a row.
The award recognizes local businesses of all sizes that have made great efforts to create exceptional health and wellness programs for employees.
The Healthiest Employers Award uses an online assessment tool that measures wellness programming in six key categories: Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analysis. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employer Index, a 1-100 metric for wellness programming.
