Framingham Man Charged After Firing Gun On July 4
The man is expected in court Monday and faces a total of seven charges.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — A Framingham man faces multiple charges after police said he fired a gun during a July 4 celebration.
A 38-year-old Framingham man was arrested following a search warrant carried out at his Beaver Terrace Circle home over the weekend, officials said.
"Early on July 5, Framingham Police detectives developed information that an individual had discharged a firearm during the night of July 4, and were able to identify a suspect through the subsequent investigation," officials said.

After securing a search warrant, Framingham Police Detectives, along with the Community Impact Unit, K9 Officer Andrew Lewis and his K9 Murph, located a firearm, magazines and ammunition.
The man was arrested and is expected in court on Monday. He faces charges including variations of illegal firearms possession, discharging a gun and improper storage.
