Framingham Panini Restaurant Closes, 9 Shops Remain In MA
Hot Table has shuttered its Framingham location, the business announced via a letter posted to the location's front door.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Hot Table has closed its Framingham location, the business announced through a note posted to its front door.
Saturday was the last day of service for the location, the note read.
"We want to express our heartfelt thanks for your continued support and loyalty. It has been a pleasure serving you in Framingham," business officials said in the note. "After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close this location."

The restaurant opened in 2021 in the Shoppers World plaza, taking over the former Snip-its children's barbershop. Based in Springfield, Hot Table was founded in 2007 by brothers John and Chris DeVoie and restaurateur Don Watroba.
The company still operates locations in Marlborough, Worcester, Franklin and in the western part of the state, in addition to locations in northern Connecticut.

Hot Table's Framingham location became the venue for a homicide investigation this spring, when an employee, Anthony Junior Lopez, 30, of Framingham, was found dead behind the business.
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office said they found Lopez in the trash area behind the building with "obvious trauma to his body."
